Animate Skeleton Warrior not showing up on cleric spell list

This spell is not showing on my fighter/cleric's spellist. What I find strange about this is that Viconia is able to cast the spell and it is in her spellbook. Is there some hidden alignment restriction I'm not aware of?

There are no alignment restrictions on the level 3 animate dead (exact name escapes me), but there are on the level 6 one -- not for good, False Dawn not for evil.
