Error installing spell tweaks component

Whenever I try to install ToF, I get an error installing the core spell revision component. I thought it might be because I'd installed the DLC Merger mod before, but the error seems to occur even on a clean install.

I'm on BG1EE! Sorry, I should've been clearer on that.

 

EDIT: Going back through, the issue seems to be specifically the 'increase power of spells' component. In the log it seems to be that it can't find a specific spell (symbol_pain_no_save)?

You can hotfix this by dropping the attached file into dw_talents/lang/english.
