Can't level up character and installation problem.

When i try to level up from 2nd level to 3rd the done button on level up is unresponsive.

I found out while trying to discover the problem that disabling the component abilities for low levels the problem is resolved.

my mod list is ToF, EET, Forgotten armory, BGfixmod.

In addition I cannot install race and subrace component with the following message:
