Character Selection:
Fighter/mage -> leads to wildmage as possible selection.
Back button when choosing class sometimes goes all the way back instead of back one level.
Shaman of Tempus' priest class is called Priest of Tempus on character select while its called Battleguard of Tempus in-game.
Fighter has a blank subclass.

Spells:
Rage/enrage inconsistencies. 1 turn vs 5 rounds. Bonus hp lasts shorter than immunities. Enable rage/enrage icon. For instance: lvl 1 barb rage gives fear icon. Much more preferable with rage icon. Berserker has no icon.
Stonefist: Supposed to give +2 AC, has no effect on AC. At least not visible on character sheet.
Turn pebble to boulder: The pebbles seem to be invisible in the weapon-slot. I cannot use them, or attack an enemy, nor equip a weapon anymore. Works same as melf's meteors. Had to reload.
Nahal's Reckless Dweomer is now a Global scroll drop. Intentional?
Sunschorch innate ability of Aasimar? missing icon and does no dmg. It has animation though.
Holy Power - innate ability of Battleguard of Tempus - actually reduced STR from 19 to 18. Should set to 20.
Strength of Stone: Gives too much STR. It should give +4, for me it gives +6, I'm sitting at 19, so I don't know if it gives even more.

Gameplay:
ToF seems to affect SPPR103.SPL so that spells are put into submenus. I was told that the game cannot handle submenus when trying to cast healing spells on rest.
Sometimes when starting a new game, I get a lot of experience when clicking on a character (20k+). Fix was to quit game and reload.

Will update as I find more bugs.

Spells:

Find Familiar:  Fairy dragon gives way too much HP (20+)  (sitting at 34 hp in Candlekeep) (insane difficulty)

Did you also installed Tweaks Anthology max HP for all creatures component?

It's the culprit then. This component also affects familiars and so increase HP gain from the spell.

You can edit the familiar CRE file in Near Infinity before casting the spell, so you don't gain too much HP

Thanks. I edited the chr's hp via eekeeper. Maybe I should look at Near Infinity, have not tried it.
