[Beta 9 IWD] Bugs and Mods

Hello, David, I found some bugs in Icewind Dale with some mods.

Disciple of Asmodeus and Trall of Orcus: The smite skill dont show in level 1, need spend one feat to show;

Trap Master and Loremaster: Gives a flat 15 and 30 points instead 15% and 30%;

Spells Revisions: SR don't install Revised Shieds.
