Hello guys!

First of all, big congratulations for to DavidW and all others who helped to build this incredible mod. I loved it in BG:EE!
Now, I will start playthrough of BG2:EE, I wanted to use two mods that influence difficulty of the game. SCS and "Difficulty and Tweak mod" (https://forums.beamdog.com/discussion/19928/release-difficulty-and-tweak-mod-ver-7/p1). The author of that mod suggest installing it after SCS. It modifies .cre files and tweaks stats of the enemies (for example you can choose that they get 50% more HP, better AC and so on). They say the mod only patches the files, not overwrites them so it should be installed after SCS
I want to make sure they work fine together and if this is correct way to install them (first SCS, then Diff tweak). If someone of greater knowledge would come to help, it would be awesome. I'm torn right now, not sure what to do.
Thanks and have a nice day!

I suspect the author is right that it doesn't much matter and that putting it after SCS is simpler. You might find some minor weirdness with the SCS components that tie hit points to the difficulty slider.

Thank You so much for Your answer!
That's true, I did not think about it. I will be playing on Insanity level. Just as an example: "Smarter Dragons" component of SCS triples HP of dragons on higher difficulties. It might be hard to predict what will happen, but what do you think - will my use of Diff Tweak (for example 50% more HP) have additional effect (in my example dragons would get 450% or 350% HP) or will it nulify the effect entirely and only 50% more HP component will work? I'm not sure in which way patching .cre files would work.

Anyway, as far as I understand, SCS components rarely modify hit points, THAC0, AC of creatures, so even if the latter would be true, I guess using both mods at the same would make game harder anyway (I hope so!).
Thanks once again for your time!

First of all, I'm so sorry about post double but I cannot edit my previous post. I fould Tactics remix mode (https://github.com/Gibberlings3/Tactics-Remix/blob/main/README.md) which seem to confirm SCS compatibility in which you can modify HP of creatures. I guess it's more roboust option that will boost diffiulty in better way. I think I will use it instead. Thank You one more for the answer, I will leave my reply in case someone encounters similar problem.
Cheers!
