Game crash - Djinni and suffocate

So I have noticed a bad interaction.

The Suffocate spell (IWDfication) works perfectly fine. My character can walk into it and game doesnt crash.

Djinni and Efreetis also work fine. Then can cast spell attack etc without crashing.

However, when a Djinni walks into a suffocate, the game crash.

 

So how do I fix this problem? My current solution is to remove the suffocate spell from the game. But there should exist a better way.

So, checking ... what does Suffocate do? It deals some damage and debuffs its targets for a round. Several types of creatures are immune, but djinni don't fit in any of those categories. One of those debuffs is a -1 reduction in attacks per round. Djinni are bulky monsters that easily survive the damage, but only have 1 APR base ... right, test that. No, not a problem. Creatures with 1 - 1 = 0 APR are just fine.

It doesn't look like this is going to break on its own. Any other mods in play?

I have:

SCS - Pretty much everything.
Ascension - PRetty much everything.
Tweaks anthology - Some stuff. But I dont find anything to impact this interaction there.
Unfinished Business - Nothing I can see here that impact this interaction.
Dvine remix - Parts. But shouldnt impact this one.
Tome And Blood - But not anything about spells there (revised specialists and innate find familiar, sorcerer subclasses and learning sequencers as innate abilities).
Scales of Balance - Maybe here? 

 

SCS have a component called smarter genies. Do that one alter more stuff? 

Suffocate: Suffocating creatures suffer -4 to Armor Class, -4 to hit, -6 to Dexterity, one less attack per round, half movement rate, and take 4d8 points of magic damage per round. A successful Saving Throw negates all effects but 2d8 points of damage for one round.
