Bard spellcasting in armour without spell failure as a low level ability/feat?

Just a thought that providing a feat to allow bards to ignore casting failure would be nice. I personally always balk at playing a bard due to the thought of being stuck without armour for most of the game and then stuck in elven chain later.

I understand just giving this for free might be too much of a buff, but maybe providing one low level ability to ignore spellcasting failure in leather armour and a follow-up ability to ignore it in medium armour would be nice as an option and provide an interesting decision point for bards as it competes with so many other things now.

Could be done fairly easily and maintain compatibility if using the function I already published for this sort of thing. Could even limit it to leather of chain or the like, for balance.
