Is there a mod to put the floating descriptions into the dialogue box?

When I say floating descriptions I mean the narration that pops up at the top of the sceen after important events. It frequently goes by so fast and is so small I don't get a chance to read it. So is there anything that puts the text into either the dialogue box or the journal? Is that even possible?

That's in your journal?

They are usually accompanied by journal entries, not always, but are not the same text

Look at the non-quest section of the journal.

Ok now I'm feeling foolish because I swear that I was seeing text that was subtlety different or completely rewritten for some of these events. Just looking at the start of the prologue and chapter one, they are identical. They also say 'journal updated' at those points though. I really remember there were times I looked for the top-text and it wasn't placed in the journal, and was written in second person unlike journal entries. Well worse things can happen than looking dumb on the Internet.

The order of journal entries in the EEs is an enigma that can't really be explained nor understood with logic. Entries are placed anywhere, everywhere, without any chonological or alphabetical order.
