Enemy HLAs for mages and prists not working.

Hi i have done like 4-5 reinstlation of mods and i keep runing at the same problem, the HLAs for enemies dont work, both for mages and prists, they just dont use them, only improved alacrity but that thing mages used even in base game.  I done few orders of mod instalations, the last one i used was Ascension, IWDification, Rogue Rebalancing, CDTWEAKS, SCS. I done it Steam EE v2.6.6.0, but i also tryed it on GOG verions of the game and it was the same, every reinstaltion i deleted both game folder in steam file and bg file in documents that contains Lua. After i finish my curent run i will try reinstaling agian and i will try option with HLAs as innate abilities and see if that is not working ether. But in mean while i atached Lua and WidU.log, i play on Insane with every SCS dif maxed, as seen on atached screen shots. If any one have any idea what is wrong, and why the HLA part of SCS does not work for me even when the option i clearly at max setting, plz let me know.

Ah i forgot to post what verions are the mods. SCS is ofc latest version 35.18. CDTweeks v16, IWDification v5, Rogue Rebalancing 4.92. Ascecnsion should be uptoda as well, i downloaded it agian like a month ago. I also tryed instalation in English, (my native and the one i was useing befor was Polish)

I can't reproduce this, sorry. On max difficulty, high level mages are happy to let rip with HLAs. (Tested with mage18a and hllich). So I'm not sure what's going on here.

I should finish my run this week then i will try reinstaling and cheacking if seting innate abilitie HLAs works. One thing i can think of, could there be any chance that not having office  (world, exel etc) could be causeing that? (the pc im playing on has 13 years i reaniamed it by buying SSD and reistaling widows and upgreading it up to 10 all the way from 7 but my Microsoft office stoped working after that) i belive the line in the lua that is seting mage and prist HLS is longher than others and goes to the second verse unlike others, could that be the reson?

I do not believe MS Office being present on your computer has anything to do with SCS and how it treats long lines of text in game.
