ToF : several levels at once

OK, I can reproduce this now (the first bug anyway). It happens when you create a new character, save, load again, and level. (I wondered if it's a compatibility issue with EEKeeper but it happens if I use the console to increase XP too - it just shows up because EEKeeper makes that scenario more likely.)

Now to work out why it's happening.

I've found a bug in one of the LUA files that would cause intermittent bugs like this. Once it's fixed I can't reproduce the original character-creation bug. I don't know if it's fixed the other issue as I never managed to reproduce it, but I'm optimistic.

To hotfix before installing: drop 'ui_externalize_hlas.tph' into dw_talents/sfo/lua

To hotfix after installing: drop 'm_dw_hlf.lua' into override.

If you try it, let me know if you can still get HLA bugs.
