[Beta 13] Blackguard kits not installed

In some cases (depending on the selected component during installation), the blackguard is not showing as a main class at character creation. Hence, the new kits are not reachable (though being successful during installation).

I suspect the need of "eliminate class/race restrictions" or "revised class alignment rules" components to get the blackguard kits.
