[beta 13] HLA songs and selectable songs issues

This is for the HLA songs, so only BG2EE. The relevant components are IWD Bard Songs and minor/high level abilities.

• Bard: gains the IWD songs naturally, and gains abilities to switch to them. Taking the regular Bard HLA Song changes to the ToF song, but gives ability that switches to the vanilla HLA song.
• Jester/Skald normal songs get a song change ability, but the HLA songs do not. They can also take IWD songs. So if you take the HLA song, then change it, you lose it forever.
• IWD songs have 2 names in the description. The extra name is added by one of the minor/high level abilities components.

I'm not 100% sure what the design intention is here with the HLA songs. If you want them to replace existing songs and never be changed, then they need to also remove existing song abilities and prevent taking IWD songs as abilities. If you want them to work together with IWD songs, then the HLA songs for each kit need to add a new ability to switch to them.

For Jester/Skald, the enhanced songs should probably be removing the old abilities by default, since there's no reason to use them anymore. They'd still need a custom ability if you want them to be switchable with IWD songs.

The design intention is that the HLA versions of each song replace the vanilla versions, but otherwise you can still switch as you like. Looks like something's not working properly; I'll check.

OK, I think I see what happened here: a check for IWD bardsong had broken.
