[BG2EE] Think I've isolated the scribe scroll issue for Force Mages and some subraces

Previously I posted an issue with Force Mages being unable to scribe only spell scrolls labeled with the [Force] type.  Initial problem was:  "The Write Magic button is there (for say, Disintegrate SCRL7T.itm), but when you press it nothing happens and the green inventory outline turns red.  Exit and come back, the green outline returns but you still cannot scribe."

I've narrowed it down and the only time this happens is when you are creating a Force Mage and using a subrace that allows a 19 INT ability score.  That means, Sun Elf, Rock Gnome, Tiefling, Air Genasi, and Fire Genasi.  Any character created with those races and given a 19 INT, will be unable to scribe spell scrolls with the 'Force' types.

ALSO - just as with the subrace issue involving the IWD bardsong component being needed, this issue affects the Militant Wizards in the exact same way - i.e. a Tiefling Militant Necromancer that tries to scribe Finger of Death (SCRL8O), will get the same Write Magic button error.

This was all tested while starting SoA with a fresh BG2EE + ToF install.

OK, found it. Fixed locally, will be in beta 15.

To hotfix before installing, drop ui_spell_system.tph into dw_talents/sfo/lua.

To hotfix after installing, drop dw-int18.spl and dw-int25.spl into override.

ui_spell_system.tph dw-int18.spl dw-int25.spl
