Or icewindification, or the other mod. It's hard to identify this without the weidu.log file. But yes, the SCS has that if you install the one component that has that in it.
You can open the weidu.log file with Notepad and copy the content to a post... yes, I probably downloaded your weidu.log file from one of the other topics, but I got 8 of them already, I cannot find YOURs right now.

IWDification adds a bunch of IWD spells to the BG series, and that module is shared with some other mods including SCS. Naturally, adding those spells includes making scrolls available. Or there are probably other mods that add IWD spells, and they would make the scrolls available too. Expect a descriptive name such as "Icewind Dale Spells" for whatever component did this.
