The Longer Road - stuck in chapter 10 cutscene

I have a fresh ToB character with Ascension and the Longer Road installed. I've progressed through the game properly, think I'm on the path to redemption since Irenicus changed to true neutral, also got Balthazar to cooperate. Now, the final chapter starts but no matter how I progress through the dialogue, at the end of the first cutscene Amelyssan will teleport into the tube, Imoen will turn into a Slayer and stand around, and that's that. If I wait long enough, she'll transform back, but the cutscene still won't end. I have Imoen and Irenicus in the party while Balthazar is just standing there without saying anything. I also reloaded an earlier save and tried doing the cutscene with Balthazar dead, but that still didn't change anything. This is my first time having either mod installed, so I don't know exactly what's causing what to happen.

Thanks for the reply. I'll add that while I couldn't figure out what was causing the freezing, I ended up using C:SetGlobal("FinalFight","AR6200",6) to skip to the final cutscene, which at least allowed me to finish the game and see the epilogue.
