Unable to install first spells component

I want to preface this with I have a lot of different quest mods installed, so I'm not sure how legit my report is, but I can't get the first component to install because it's missing the water elemental scroll from key.chitin... or something like that. 

I did redo my build removing anything else that would affect spells or npcs or ai, but I got the same error with both versions.

DSotSC also adds IWD spells and could interfere with ToF.

That's what I considered at first, so when I rebuilt my game i did not allow it to add the new spells components. 

Unless it adds spells anyway? which is totally possible, I've never played through it before. 

 

Edit: Out of curiosity this morning, I backed up my desired folder and uninstalled by dark side and north tales and tried again to install Talents, but I got the same error.

Can you share you WeiDU log too? It sometimes helps when the problem isn't readily apparent because it reports the version of each mod installed.

After messing around with it more, I found both this mod and stratagems installed just fine if I followed the install order for EET suggested in another part of this forum, so I feel pretty confident it was a wrong order conflict. Unfortunately I don't have the weidu log to show why or where the install order was wrong because I just threw out the entire folder to try again.
