Beta 14 summon water elemental prince (and other bugs concerning water elementalist)

Hello, I encountered the following bugs concerning "summon water elemental prince" (I am playing on Beta 14, and the only other mods I am using are the remove helemt animation mod and the remove annoying item animation mod) and would like to seek your advice.

I was using a single class druid. When I cast HLA "summon water elemental prince", the message "The Elemental Prince does not answer your call" appeared, and the elemental prince did not appear. (I know sometimes the message appears despite the spell working, but it was not the case here). I reloaded and retried many times but the problem recurred. I was never able to summon the water elemental prince, not even once. (I believe I encountered the same problem on Beta 13, both as druid HLA and as water elementalist HLA.)

There are other bugs (on beta 14) about water elementalist. Once I was playing a druid/water elementalist multi-class, and I found that (surprisingly) the druid shapeshifting options included air, fire, and earth elementals, but not the water elemental! (I was expecting the reverse!) I also found that I could not learn the mage spells from earth, air, and fire schools. This seems to be a deviation from the readme file, as a water elementalist should only be forbidden from learning fire spells. (But if it is a bug, I personally welcome it - a water elementalist should focus on the water spells!).

Thanks for this. I've reproduced and fixed most of it. I can't reproduce the issue with elemental prince summoning, but it might well have been fixed in passing by some of the other fixes. This will all be in beta 15 (it's too tangled to hotfix, sorry).

Thanks and keep up the good work - this mod got me back to BG2 after all these years!
