How to center area map screen?

I am trying to make the area map looks similar to the area map in iwd.
I encounter one problem, I cannot center the area map.
This is what I was able to achieve, but it is offcentered:

I would like it to look like this:

Would someone like to explain to me what I am doing wrong and what should I do, please.

To me, the first one (IWD area) is centered, and the BGII one is off-centered, so I don't get what you are trying to do.

What are the changes you made to the UI? I think it's centered in the default UI.
