any spell mod that doesn't punish divine casters?

Seems to me vanilla divine casters get the short end of the stick in terms of spells (esp compared to ed 2 or 2.5 p&P).

So I have been looking for mods. IWDfication is the only mod I have found that actually gives some bite and options to the divine casters. I remember some mod who gave the summoning spells a huge boosts where the 6th level animal summoning was summoning 3 werebears (essentially polar bears with 2hp regen per second).

All the fancy mods I have seen nowadays (after 10 yrs of not playing the game) essentially make arcane caster MORE powerful than before and nerf every remnant asset of divine casters (see for example insect spells for druids or holy smite for clerics) without compensating it. Noone considers that the extremely long casting times are a HUGE handicap for divine casters. Everyone agrees a -4 casting time benefit is overpowered and breaks the game (see Vecna) but somehow noone  bats an eye that divine casters have, on average a +4 penalty on all casting times, compared to arcane. Take Doom for example, would be an ok spell - completely unusable with a 9 casting time.

Divine casters have a handful of good spells but they are all far higher in level than they ought to be - if a similar spell would be done in arcane caster at the same level, people would laugh.

I just do not understand why all modders seem to hate divine casters so much. In other words, how is it that none of the mods make divine casters a real threat? Everyone thinks clerics should just be support. Where is it written?

Everyone is terrified by arcane casters enchantments, evocations, and necromancy. Noone is terrified of druidic summons (esp with nerrfed insects) or elemental powers as they should be (wizards have better elemental powers than druids, which makes absolutely zero sense) or by clerics. I think D&D lacks an idea of what divine casters should be. They can't just be medics, FFS. IMHO divine casters should be highly specialized depending on divinity but in their specialization they should be terrifying (an inquisitor is a good example of what a divine caster should be in terms of impact it can have and degree of specialization)

If anyone  has seen a mod that actually evens the playing field and genuinely respects  the various types of casters give me a pointer. An example of a great balance is the Will to Power mod. The psionic powers that are given are genuinely different, the emphasis is distinctly different, and the psionicists fill a niche that is absolutelyy not covered by either arcane or divine casters.
