CharGen lua errors when assigning thief skills for Shadow of Mask, causing blank skill descriptions

- Create a new character in IWD:EE

- Selected half-orc -> multiclass -> cleric/thief -> Shadow of Mask

- Proceed to assign thief skills

The thief skill descriptions are missing. Of note is the following lua error logged into the console (using EEex). Seems that dwProficiencyTable isn't being initialized.
