Compatibility and order of installation for EEex mods with SCS

I just discovered these fantastic UI mods thanks to this video. They use EEex to modify the way you can see your spells selection and also allow you to check all of characters stats on screen. Even though it's still in alpha, it looks pretty amazing and seems to be working.
Now, the Youtuber (Coredumped Gaming) says it can safely be installed safely after SCS, but i'm worried this would be a problem with the latest version of SCS. The readme of 35.20 says it tweaks slightly the UI for the "revised inns", "new spells" or "improved NPC customization and management" components, and i use all of these components.
So is it safe to combine SCS with EEex mods, and when should i install them ?
For now i use this installation order in my games :
- Tweaks Anthology v16
- Talents of Faerun beta 14
- SCS 35.20
- Jerry's Tweak collection v3 (only to prevent the Nature's Beauty permanent debuff bug, but i'm also interested to know if this is still necessary with SCS 35.20, since i think Nature's Beauty could have been modified  in SCS by now).

You don't have to worry about the typical UI incompatiblities for the radar overlay / EEex / the spell menu:

  • The radar overlay is a completely independent overlay program that runs alongside the game, thus no incompatibilities can manifest from it.
  • EEex and the spell menu do all of their UI patching at runtime. So, unlike most UI mods, you don't have to worry about install-order incompatibilities. It's generally a good idea to install EEex as soon as possible though, as mods installed after EEex may require it / change how they install if they detect it. If you know exactly which mods use EEex in your lineup, it's fine to delay installing EEex until right before the first one of those mods.
  • The spell menu should go after any UI overhauls (Dragonspear UI++, Infinity UI++, LeUI, etc.) so that it can properly change its skin to match the UI.

That's all to say as long as the spell menu is the only mod you are using that utilizes EEex, you can safely install EEex + the spell menu after SCS.
