a few kits missing, either from the readme documents, or ingame (with BGEE)

I noticed a few things while perusing all the new amazing kits ToF offer :
- description of New Multi-Class/Dual-Class for Cleric/Rangers and Druid/Rangers, New Multi-Class/Dual-Class for Cleric/Thieves and Druid/Thieves, New Multi-Class/Dual-Class for Mage/Thieves, and New Multi-Class Kits for Fighter/Mage/Clerics are completely missing from the Talents of Faerun: Multiclassed Kits document / readme.
- all of these kit's descriptions are in the game though, except for New Multi-Class/Dual-Class for Mage/Thieves which seems to be missing from ToF beta 14 with BGEE (i don't see them at all in the multi-class options when you create a new character).
