Fluke13 worked on this after I left it in his hands (years ago), but I have no clue how far he actually ever got. However, here are the mod files, if anyone is interested. All the areas should be walkable and visually mainly done. There is of course a lot of stuff (monsters, clutter npc etc.) missing from the areas. Some quests you can progress to a certain point, but most are unfinished. The mod is nowhere near done, so I do not recommend installing this with an actual playthrough.
