acedefective13 Posted November 25 Posted November 25 Hello! I am not sure if this is the right place to ask, apologies if I am posting this in the wrong forum. So, after the grueling work of installing EET with a bunch of other mods for 2 whole days, I noticed that I can't initiate PID with NPC mods. As you can see from my screenshots below, both NPCs can only response with the generic line and don't seem to work as intended, but there's no issues with the original NPCs such as Imoen, Jaheira, etc. Can anyone please help me, I really really don't want reinstalling all of those mods again please tell me if there's something wrong with my mod load order, thanks! Isewein Posted November 25 Posted November 25 Not all characters feature PID - are you positive that these particular ones do? Check their .d files in the install folder. Quote

Isewein Posted November 25 Posted November 25 In that case, it is likely that the mod in question doesn't properly adjust to the EET chapter variable changes. To confirm this, try quickly installing it on a non-EET game, console in the character and see whether the PID works. Quote
mickabouille Posted November 25 Posted November 25 (edited) I would have asked if you installed EET_end but your weidu.log tells us you did. I know I've had Glam NPC on an EET install but I think I had to manually fix one file for the installation to succeed. Wasn't there something with pdialog.2da? EDIT: I think it was https://github.com/Gibberlings3/EET/pull/131 maybe. But it not in any release yet (the last one was in 2021 wow) What weidu.log doesn't tell is if EET is the real 13.4 release or EET from master Edited November 25 by mickabouille Quote
acedefective13 Posted November 25 Author Posted November 25 My programming knowledge is nonexistent so I don't have any idea what pdialog.2da means I'm sorry I also forgot to mention it but my EET installation did have warnings, it was installed with warnings but I didn't think much about it at first. I guess reinstalling it again is my only option here Quote
