hi

1.
for the SCS component "Rebalancings of slightly-too-powerful spells":
I'd like to turn off changes made to insect plague, to the rebounding of lightning bolt , and the restriction for simulacrum to use quick items and innate abilities.

insect_plague=1==>0
lightning_bolt_damage= 1>0 
clone_slots=1=>0

theoretically would turning off these 3 customization options cause enemy AI oddities (which is warned that can happen in readme)? 

 

2.

if your game has been heavily modded with kit mods (the artisans kitpack etc..), and rule / gameplay change mods (proficiency etc.),
is using C:Eval() to change characters (especially PC's ) kits, stats, class still recommended?
 
and do you need to additionally set thieving points and racial enemy yourself by using C:Eval(),
if you change class to thief, thief multi or ranger?
