Guest John
Hi, was suggested to report this problem here because may be bug in G3 Tweaks NPC wounded dialogues. Minsc stops fighting hostiles, even when they're attacking him. Also will stop walking where directed or not walk at all. Another person had suggested problem with discussions not firing. I can manually talk with Minsc, and he'll talk about needing healing and/or rest, but he doesn't say this if he's left alone. The "stuttering of his attacks" seems to disappear once I get him healed a bit. Am pasting my WeiDU log below. Guest John
John, Bex, who was in your party when you encountered the bug? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I've played two games where I noticed this. The first game, I forget exactly who but believe it was Minsc, Jaheira, Yoshimo and myself. We had escaped to Athkatla by this time. The second game was still in Irenicus prison. That party included Immy, Minsc, Jaheira and probably Yoshimo. I don't remember what damage level I set things to for the mod. From what I can tell, it only seems to affect Minsc, and it stops once his actual hp reaches 50% of his total hp. I have talked with him at various injured stages. It seems that his wounded dialogues appear when his hp is at less than 50% but over that 50% level he has nothing to say and walks at the pace I'm used to seeing him use. John Link to comment
Nim
I've had the problem too. Chateau Irenicus, Immy, Minsc and Jahs were in the party. When Minsc dropped under 50% he stopped fighting and moving. I've uninstalled the 'NPC wounded dialogue' component for now and everything is fine again. Link to comment
CamDawg
Ah, I think I've found the problem. Thanks guys, I'll see if I've got it. edit: It looks like Jaheira has a similar issue, but the HP range for it occurring are much narrower than Minsc's. Link to comment
