Suggestion: Realistic Weapons component

I just remembered about an ancient suggestion of mine, dating back from the time of CamDawg's Tweak Pack:

 

Give all crushing weapons a (small) chance of stunning the target, and all piercing/slashing weapons a chance of causing the target to bleed.

 

Now I have more WeiDU skills, I'm willing to give this one a go myself. I just need some thoughts on what the percentage chances should be for the various weapon types, whether they should increase along with enchantment level, etc.
