Progressive simulacrum degredation via scripting

Hey all,

 

If I wanted to create a spell that's similar to but not a carbon copy of the simulacrum spell, one that I intended to weaken each round as well has having an strong weakness against any fire based weapons/magic,any ideas on the best way to approach this?

 

My only idea on this was via scripting and applied .eff files but if there's an easier manner in which to do it, I'm game to hear it.

Hmmm... I have not played around with simulacra so don't know if they get a specific script assigned to them, but if so you could make it cast a spell with the Cast Spell Each Round opcode (I forget the number). This second spell would apply your penalties to it, each round.
