magical throwing dagger that returns to thrower

I recall that in my last Tutu game there was a magical throwing dagger that returns to the thrower's hand. It apparently isn't added by just Tutu alone, so I think it must be added by Tutu Tweaks.

 

Anyone know where is this item found? Was it added to Durlag's? Or does it become available only in a certain chapter? thanking you in advance
