Garfield
I just started a new game with an oozemaster (well, actually, oozemistress). I am barely at level 9 (just out of Chateau Irenicus) and it already looks very very promising! But I have a few question: -Why is there no alignement restriction at the creation of a PC. Neutral good oozemaster... weird -Oozemasters have no access to animal and plant spheres, but why can't they use the level 2 spell "Detect traps", which is divination sphere? Ok, going back to game, before my character melts into some jelly Link to comment
Andyr
There are alignment restrictions on the Oozmaster. Divine Remix allows Druids to be any part-Neutral alignment, as is mentioned in the ReadMe. Can normal Druids use Detect Traps with DR? If so I guess Oozemasters should be able to as well, and it couold be a bug. But it could be the case that spell is forbidden to all Druids. Garfield
There are alignment restrictions on the Oozmaster I mean, within the neutral alignements. Shouldn't it be unavailable for neutral good druids? Can normal Druids use Detect Traps with DR? Well, it depends on how normal you consider Jaheira to be But she can, so I guess druids can... EDIT: double check, Cernd can also use detect traps Link to comment
Andyr
I don't see why Oozemaster shouldn't be available to Neutral Good druids. It sounds like the absence of Detect Traps is a bug, then. Link to comment
Garfield
Okay, must be a bug Well, I thought oozemaster was a choice for insane druides, but you're right, one can be good but insane Anyway, good job, this kit is really fun to play Link to comment
Andyr
I am glad you are enjoying it. And not necessarily insane, just having a slightly alien worldview. Link to comment
CamDawg
Druids shouldn't be getting Find Traps; this is fixed. Link to comment
