No matter how many times I talked to korgan, or checked out the looted tomb, I couldn't get in to see pimlico... the door was always locked. (Korgan did not join my party.) Also, After the Beholder quest, Helm told me to talk to Dawnbringer Sain... but sain will not appear in or near the Lathander temple! (I am not a cleric, if that matters.)
