Problem installing components

On a fresh installation of tutu :

Crap--those are both ToB files, and I forgot to put the proper ToB checks on them.

I'm having trouble installing the G3 Tweakpack. Its saying its a bad file. I'm having the same problem with Oversight. The previous versions worked fine with what I have installed so I don't think its compatibility. Anyone know how to fix this?
