Anomen was shortchanged weapon pips (many NPCs had the same issue) though Anomen's was the most extreme, missing four stars at every incarnation. The linked thread provides justification for 'wasting' two stars in spears--Anomen mentions in banters using spears to slay enemies. Before he dualled to cleric, this would have been perfectly valid. berelinde Posted July 31, 2006 Share Posted July 31, 2006 It makes sense from a continuity standpoint. He makes reference to stabbing something with his spear. Sure, he's a braggat and would probably stretch the truth, but I doubt he would break it. At that point in the game, he is LN. So if he was talking about using a spear on an enemy, he probably was. Maybe it was a very small wyvern (or whatever). Link to comment
