I just got to Brynnlaw and the last lovetalk I've had is when she agrees to take a chance with us, but when I try to flirt w/ her I still get the same flirts is this normal or is there something wrong. Example on the flirts is that when I try to hold hand I get the same response continually.

You'll get to the new 'level' of flirting after the next lovetalk.

 

All Amber's flirts have multiple outcomes at each 'level' (except the one where you touch her hair, which only has one outcome at early stages of your relationship). If it feels like you always get the same responses that just means IE is giving you the same random number value over and over again. Saving and loading or waiting a little might help.
