St_Vitruvius
I can find the bams in the override folder. I can see in NI, that all the internal references are correct, though the spl's and bam's added by the mod is found in the Override folder in NI, not in spl and bam respectively.. What can be the problem? Do I need to perform some kind of compilation? Link to comment
St_Vitruvius
It is a bam I've extracted from another mod. It's for a special ability. I've put it in the override folder. I've checked the reference in the file twice. As I say, Near Infinity can find it, but the game cannot.. Link to comment
Andyr
If it is in Override and not showing up then it suggests your references in the file are not correct. There's one of two things which could be happening, depending on the exact problem: - Is there a button for the ability, but blanked out (so just an empty background)? This means you might not have assigned the icon correctly; you need to assign the icon used in each level-dependent header. Check the filename contains 8 or fewer characters, too. - Are you seeing no special ability at all? You might not have set the spell to appear in the innate slots. As for your NI worry, you can either set it to display files in Override or along with other files of their type. It is a display setting and purely cosmetic. Link to comment
St_Vitruvius
The Special Ability Button is blank.. The filename is exactly 8 characters long.. It might be about the level dependant headers, as I don't know what it is.. Link to comment
