Is this odd multi-player kick-out dialog

In CK, when you take the Gatewarden up on his training offer, and you find yourself in the basement with Arkanis, Canderous, et al, they leave when you decide it's time to exit the basement. No problems there. But then, they offer to meet the pc at the Friendly Arm Inn

And there they all are, at the Friendly Arm Inn, waiting to join.

Except, oddly enough, for Arkanis.

Yup, it's the multi-player kick-out from Tweaks. This is referred to, along with an unrelated problem, here.
