Just to clarify, that UB component doesn't really "make trolls unkillable" - it adds an encounter with a handful of trolls that may or may not be unkillable. Yes I uninstalled it to avoid being sent to the unkillable trolls. That's an overkill solution IMO - much easier to just run away from them and leave by the area exit just north of the Troll Mound.
