Question about the fall (Paladin/Ranger)

How does the game engine determine the reputation value at which a Paladin or Ranger falls? Is this 'hard-coded'? If I wanted to make it easier for Paladins and Rangers to fall (and thus more challenging to roleplay), could I adjust the reputation value at which these classes fall?


I know from previous inquiries that most aspects of the fall are either hard-coded or controlled by the CLAB. I hope that this particular aspect (the reputation cutoff) is controlled by a simple 2DA... but I don't see anything with an obvious name. Any thoughts?
