NWN2 Modding Question

Does anyone know how flexible, powerful, and reliable the toolset that ships with NWN2 is?

 

I am curious because, based on what I've read in Smoketest's review thread, the game itself could very possibly provide a much better platform to mod.

 

Thanks for any info you can share.

 

BTW, I have some experience with Morrowind's toolset, so comparisons are fine.
