Guest Freelance Cynic
Hi! The BG1NPCMusic mod for OSX is bugged. It's looking for the ogg files in "./BG1NPCMusic/" while the files actually are in "./BG1NPCMusic/ogg/". In case anyone is having the same problem, the fix is easy: simply move the files from the "ogg" directory to the "BG1NPCMusic" directory before running the installer. Just to let you guys know so you can fix it in the next release. Cheers! Link to comment
Guest Freelance Cynic
Additionnal Bug Report: 1- osx_audio_install.sh invalidly refers to "xarom.rar", should be "xarom.ogg" 2- The installer throws a bunch of errors during install, even if it seems to work anyway: BG1NPC.TP2] PARSE ERROR at line 242 column 1-7 Near Text: INCLUDE syntax error [BG1NPC.TP2] ERROR at line 242 column 1-7 Near Text: INCLUDE Parsing.Parse_error ERROR: parsing [BG1NPC.TP2]: Parsing.Parse_error [BG1NPC.TP2] PARSE ERROR at line 242 column 1-7 Near Text: INCLUDE syntax error [BG1NPC.TP2] ERROR at line 242 column 1-7 Near Text: INCLUDE Parsing.Parse_error ERROR: parsing [BG1NPC.TP2]: Parsing.Parse_error [BG1NPC.TP2] PARSE ERROR at line 242 column 1-7 Near Text: INCLUDE syntax error [BG1NPC.TP2] ERROR at line 242 column 1-7 Near Text: INCLUDE Parsing.Parse_error ERROR: parsing [BG1NPC.TP2]: Parsing.Parse_error [BG1NPC.TP2] PARSE ERROR at line 242 column 1-7 Near Text: INCLUDE syntax error [BG1NPC.TP2] ERROR at line 242 column 1-7 Near Text: INCLUDE Parsing.Parse_error ERROR: parsing [BG1NPC.TP2]: Parsing.Parse_error [BG1NPC.TP2] PARSE ERROR at line 242 column 1-7 Near Text: INCLUDE syntax error [BG1NPC.TP2] ERROR at line 242 column 1-7 Near Text: INCLUDE Parsing.Parse_error ERROR: parsing [BG1NPC.TP2]: Parsing.Parse_error [BG1NPC.TP2] PARSE ERROR at line 242 column 1-7 Near Text: INCLUDE syntax error [BG1NPC.TP2] ERROR at line 242 column 1-7 Near Text: INCLUDE Parsing.Parse_error ERROR: parsing [BG1NPC.TP2]: Parsing.Parse_error Link to comment

If it didn't show up in the PC release, chances are, it was overlooked. Link to comment
cmorgan
Do we know who the Chief of Operations is for this mod? Link to comment
berelinde
Readme says Domi or Andyr, but that's what BG1 NPC says, too. I'm guessing it falls under the aegis of general BG1 NPC. Link to comment
cmorgan
uh oh.... I guess we had better look at the code! Link to comment
EiriktheScald
Its a shell script. I may still have it, if that would help. Link to comment
Gorilym
I actually reported this back in January, but I did so in a multiple-issue post so it probably got lost. Simply add 'ogg/' to the './BG1NPCMusic/' paths and all will be well. Link to comment
