Guest idCoil Posted December 18, 2006 Posted December 18, 2006 Can you please upload to sf.net project page GemRB compiled(.lib + .dll + .h) dependencies? Thanks for attention.
Avenger Posted December 20, 2006 Posted December 20, 2006 The binary package for windows should contain all. What exactly is your problem?
Guest idCoil Posted December 22, 2006 Posted December 22, 2006 The binary package for windows should contain all. By the way, where I can download 0.2.7 binary? At sf.net project page only 0.2.6 is available... What exactly is your problem? I can't compile latest CVS version :-\ Many error with PNGImporter and some other modules. But anyway, Avenger, please, can you upload archive with precompiled dependecies for latest CVS version?
Guest idCoil Posted December 22, 2006 Posted December 22, 2006 By the way, Avenger, GemRB works with NeverWinter Nights: Shadow of Undrentide? When I tryed to run v0.2.6 I've got this: www.progamer.ru/error.jpg
zefklop Posted December 22, 2006 Posted December 22, 2006 Uh... GemRB is only for Infinity Engine games, such as BG/BG, IWD/IWD2, Planescape, etc... those are isometric 3D Neverwinter Nights is a full 3D game, powered by the aurora engine, which is far enough more powerful than the Infinity Engine.
Avenger Posted December 22, 2006 Posted December 22, 2006 Yeah, the infinity and the aurora engines are different. It is arguable which is better Especially the early nwn games were crappy.
Guest Guest Posted December 23, 2006 Posted December 23, 2006 Hm, understand now. :-\ By the way, you plan add support for Aurora Engine?
Avenger Posted December 23, 2006 Posted December 23, 2006 Well, not likely in this century. First i would want to make the IE games running. The Aurora engine is completely different. And, to be honest, i don't like it
