Garfield
I wish I had this kind of winter scenery. All I had this year, both in France and Scotland was rain, rain and more rain... Oh, and huge amounts of wind in Scotland (meaning fences down, rubbish flying away from garbage bins,etc...). And of course, because I have an exam in two hours, today the sun is shining Link to comment
Guest Guest
Were you hoping for a storm to cancel exams? Link to comment
EiriktheScald
Sorry, that was me! Link to comment
Garfield
Maybe, who knows... Well my last exam is tomorrow (that is to say in 14 hours), so I don't need a storm anymore Link to comment
berelinde
Eirik, it's getting to the point that every time somebody posts as a guest, I think it's you. Link to comment
EiriktheScald
Didn't you know? "Guest" is my new pen-name. Link to comment
Miloch
So! Eirik is our mystery gibberish poster! Link to comment
EiriktheScald
It's snowing again; took a break from scripting! A stand of pine... applied a pen & ink look Link to comment
berelinde
Beautiful. All we got last night was 3 inches of slush. I managed to hurt my knee skiing yesterday (nothing tragic, just aggravated an old injury), so I've been recoding Gavin. Looks like we're both bored. Link to comment
EiriktheScald
On the contrary; I needed the break. Link to comment
berelinde
Writing or recoding endless script files is no where near as much fun as writing dialogue. But it's a necessary evil. Link to comment
Kulyok
Beautiful. Pity it's too small to use as a wallpaper. Wish I could go skiing here, too ut it was -30C two days before, and still is a bit below -10C, so - thanks, but no, thanks. Hope your knee heals soon, Berelinde! Link to comment
Domi
Get well, Berelinde. I personally can't wait for the winter to end, but we'll have another 3 months of it or something. I hate mush/ice because it's tough to get the stroller around. Link to comment
berelinde
Ooh, babies in the snow, not so good. Eirik, keep warm, and have fun scripting, and Domi, just keep warm! Link to comment
cmorgan
I am soooo jealous... "you can take the boy from Vermont, but you can't take Vermont from the boy"... If there only were decent paying teaching jobs in the NorthEast, I'd be packing us up and moving back. Beautiful scenery! (psssst - berelinde - at least you weren't snowboarding. I hear that stuff can clobber you but good! ) Link to comment
