Invalid IESDP links

These give a "requested URL not found on this server" error. They should probably link respectively to:

http://iesdp.gibberlings3.net/ieformats/itm_v1.htm

Also the Effects link in the Detailed Description section is a dead bookmark (not sure where it should be pointing). There are other pages with the same issues (e.g. http://iesdp.gibberlings3.net/ieformats/cre_v1.2.htm).

I've fixed all the CRE pags, I'll fix the other pages on a case by case basis. Thanks.
