Thank you, I was hoping for definitive answers, but I appreciate the help. -
What exactly happens in the transition from BG1 to BG2? Do party members gain their BG2 portraits or retain the BG1 ones? Do party members keep their stats/xp? Do party members keep their XP, but get their base BG2 stat buffs (certain characters have slightly higher base stats in BG2)? I'm particularly interested in the portrait situation. Thanks for your time.
