Yes I liked it, and it's been improved by people here since the release.
The Lich dungeon in the dwarf quest is especially solid. Certainly better than either Windspear or Umar Hills in BG2.
There's a ridiculous amount of magical items which I feel needs to be toned down.

Yes, please don't nerf any of the challenges.

This mod is supposed to up the difficulty.

As for the guys who give me advice on how to play the game, I don't need it, and I especially don't need their advice on how to play my game their way, cause I prefer to play it my way, thankuverymuch
Take it down a notch, chief. Nobody knows your skill level and people are just trying to help.

You've been a machine and I don't know how you've managed to handle all that on one plate.
Good luck and thank you.

I mostly agree with this. If you want to rush Nashkel at level 1 (which admittedly the game pushes you to do), then don't install Improved Kobolds. If you want the gold and Ashideena early, don't install Improved Bassilus encounter. If you install them, plan and play accordingly.
Yeah. Go kill some Basilisks first. That'll get a party of 5 to level 3 easily. Go into the mines with plenty of sleep spells and the necklace of missiles.

Of course this happens the day after I built a new EET. Thank you for your continued work on this!

It was up as of last night when I accessed it from home. I'm at work and I can't check on it now.

I'm agnostic regarding the trap but I think that passage looks odd without a door.

Thank you very much for your feedback.
I have to admit that I don't have Linux here on my computer and unfortunately have never been able to test BGGO with Linux. I had taken the directories from other mods or from the instructions.
In the next update the directory will be changed to ./tools/tileconv/unix.No problem. So far it's working and looking great on Linux.
-
Note ./tools/tileconv/linux should be ./tools/tileconv/unix or else the installer wont find tileconv.

Wow. First such tool for Linux. Will def. check this out!

It's more advantageous to side with the vampires because you end up with better items. Elven Chain, and I think a ring that summons a Djinn (from Aran). The ring is whatever but the armor is pretty good at this point in the game if you're playing with a party.
-
If you side with the vampires, you fight Aran Lindvail and SCS doesn't give any love to this scenario. This should be considered as a major boss fight.

On a similar note, the "disable portrait icons" causes the game to freeze when the Girdle of Masculinity/Femininity is identified by a shopkeeper, and then the girdle is subsequently picked up in the inventory screen.

You probably mean D0Tweaks, I have nothing to do with D0Quest.
I am not aware of any issues with D0Tweaks and EET, if there are any they haven't been reported to me. However, I also do not have any reports of anyone successfully running it on EET and I do not use it myself.
Considering the nature of the mod I do not expect any specific issues with EET, but it would be nice if some people could actually test it.
While D0Tweaks installs on EET, only a few options from the whole mod are actually available when installing it. The Goodberries and maybe one or two other items. The gem in this mod is the summon cap/BG1-style summons and it isn't available when installing on EET.

Here's what I have:

Does anyone have a working link for Infinity Animations? I've tried the internet archive for the SHS link but the download isn't cached, and the github page for this project doesn't contain anything useful for an end-user.

Do you know the exact filename of the downloadable archive?
A previous version was BG1VARFIX.EXE (without versioning). I don't know if thats the most current version.

Does anyone have a copy of the BG1 Global Variables Extender? -

The file itself doesn't appear to be archived on Way Back Machine.
I believe the original file name is BG1VARFIX.EXE

I can understand blocking posting to avoid abuse, but why a blanket block on people just browsing the site? What harm do you think can come from this?
Tor is a good tool for getting past restrictive firewalls (workplace filters) and it's not always some nefarious thing if a user is connecting through this network, anymore than a VPN is. And no, nobody is going to DDoS you through Tor.

I'm not surprised Cloudfront has something to do with this. They protect the worst villains that humanity has to offer but god forbid you should try connecting to a game-related forum through Tor!

When fighting the Thayan group in Beregost in order to recruit Neera, if the Wizard casts Horror on Neera and the Wizard is killed in battle, Neera initiates dialog with the player while in the Horror state and when asked to join, she accepts but just walks off the screen never to be seen again. She should probably not initiate dialog with the player while under these types of spell effects.
[Fixed] Failed to install Smarter Beholders due to mod folder symlink
in Sword Coast Stratagems

FWIW, I've never been able to install this component on any version of SCS. And this is the only component of SCS that's failed to install (also Linux).
I have the logs for this in the pre-35 bug thread but I don't know how to find that now.
