  1. Tried a new install updating from 4.0 to 4.1 and 4.1 appears to cause a failure with the following: //ERROR: [PDIALOG.2da] -> [override/PDIALOG.2da] Patching Failed (COPY) (Failure("ERROR: READ_2DA_ENTRY_FORMER failed on variable %pdialog_41_6%")) //Stopping installation because of error. //ERROR: [CAMPAIGN.2DA] -> [.../CAMPAIGN.2DA] Patching Failed (COPY) (Failure("ERROR: READ_2DA_ENTRY_FORMER failed on variable %pdialog_41_6%")) //Stopping installation because of error. //ERROR Installing [EET end (last mod in install order) -> Standard installation], rolling back to previous state //Will uninstall 1 files for [EET_end\EET_end.tp2] component 0. //Uninstalled 1 files for [EET_end\EET_end.tp2] component 0. //ERROR: Failure("ERROR: READ_2DA_ENTRY_FORMER failed on variable %pdialog_41_6%") //PLEASE email the file Setup-EET_end.debug to K4thos (swit) //Automatically Skipping [EET end (last mod in install order) -> Standard installation] because of error. //Using Language [English] //WARNING: unpausing installation will continue from next component. // //WARNING: EET_end:0 has encounter errors durring installation, exited with ExitCode = 2 //NOT INSTALLED DUE TO ERRORS EET end (last mod in install order) -> Standard installation The identical install but using The Gorgon's Eye 4.0 rather than 4.1 finishes without error.
  2. Apologies for originally posting this in the wrong place. I've been trying to get a working EET install going with SCS v35.1 and have been updating some other mods (relative to past installs) at the same time. Component 2520 is failing with Copying and patching 1 file ... ERROR locating resource for 'COPY' Resource [.spl] not found in KEY file: [./chitin.key] And, upon launching the game, I get the following: {string "L_en_US.lua"]:810: '}' expected near 'DW_EASE_OF_USE_HOTKEY_TOGGLE_MELEE_AUTOATTACK' which I assume is related to (or at least directly adjacent in the file to) something related to stratagems ease-of-use AI. WeiDU.log L_en_us.LUA Setup-stratagems.debug
  3. 35.1 appears to have fixed the install error with 2060, but still seeing the same install issue with 2520 and the issue with DW_EASE_OF_USE_HOTKEY_TOGGLE_MELEE_AUTOATTACK on launch.
  4. I've been trying to get a working EET install going with SCS v35 and have been updating some other mods (relative to past installs) at the same time. I've hit a few different issues. On the first install, component 2060 failed with INSERT_BYTES out of bounds - file is long 1090, point given is 3106 ERROR: [DSWRLSTF.ITM] -> [override/DSWRLSTF.ITM] Patching Failed (COPY) (Failure("INSERT_BYTES out of bounds")) On the second install I removed component 2060 and then failed on component 2520 with Copying and patching 1 file ... ERROR locating resource for 'COPY' Resource [.spl] not found in KEY file: [./chitin.key] On third install I removed both components 2060 and 2520. This one made it to the end with no installation errors, but upon trying to launch (install has EEex) I get a pop-up with the following error: {string "L_en_US.lua"]:810: '}' expected near 'DW_EASE_OF_USE_HOTKEY_TOGGLE_MELEE_AUTOATTACK' which I assume is related to (or at least directly adjacent in the file to) something related to stratagems ease-of-use AI. L_en_us.LUA Setup-stratagems.debug WeiDU.log
  5. In my big EET install I'm seeing the innkeeper and shopkeeper in Nashkel have incorrect names (specifically their names are 'Prevent chapter 6 cutscene from moving party to Candlekeep' and 'Revised Lycanthropes (EXPERIMENTAL)'). When looking at the .CRE files using weidu's --change-log functionality, it shows they've been touched by ~MIH_EQ\SETUP-MIH_EQ.TP2~ 0 2 // Revised Golemsv6, where none of the other inn/shopkeepers I checked with correct names seemed to have been touched by that (though they were all touched by ~MIH_EQ\SETUP-MIH_EQ.TP2~ 0 0 // Revised Corporal Undeadv6). I started over and did a clean install with all the same mods in the same order, created a new saved game, and got the same problematic behavior. I then did a clean install that was exactly the same except I removed the made in heaven content, and the shopkeep and innkeep now have their expected names. Let me know if there's any more information I can provide to be of help.
  6. I think spell revisions being the conflicting mod is a working theory at this point in time (I never actually removed spell revisions fully and verified that I can install SCS IWD spells without it), but otherwise that's my understanding, yes.
  7. I was hitting this error yesterday when installing SCS v34 as part of an EET setup that did not include Trials of the Luremaster. When installing with SCS v34.1 instead, I stopped getting this error (note that SCS v34.1 IWD arcane/divine spells looks like it might have a different compatibility issue currently, documented elsewhere on this thread).
