  1. Thank you for responding and accurately finding the incompatibility. I experimented a bit and concluded that these two SCS components "Add 9 new arcane spells" & "add 6 new divine spells" seem to not play nice with EEUITweaks and/or Lefreut's enhanced UI. Not installing those two SCS components will prevent the Menu Errors mentioned in the initial post from occurring. Thanks again!
  2. Sorry I shoulda updated or responded, but i haven't used these forums before and thought i'd be notified when someone posted on this thread. Anyways, just yesterday I managed to avoid this particular IWDification installation issue when installing the "Trials of the Luremaster" mod AFTER IWDification.
  3. Hello. So i installed SCS Version 35.4 on a heavily modded installation of BG2EE 2.6.6.0. Before installing SCS, the game would launch normally. After SCS installation, I get the following "Menu Error" windows before the actual game launches: "invalid token in menu {}] on line 17599, character 1" "invalid token in menu [ignoreesc] on line 17628, character 2" "invalid token in menu {}] on line 17761, character 1" "invalid token in menu [ignoreesc] on line 17769, character 2" "Invalid token in menu: [menu] on line 17870, character 1" "invalid token in menu [ignoreesc] on line 17875, character 2" "invalid token in menu {}] on line 17967, character 1" Then the game launches. But i noticed that I can't finish creating a character and get stuck after choosing the character's appearance. Everything becomes grey'ed out and i gotta close the game via alt+F4. This error did not occur on a heavily modded BG2EE installation with Version 34.3 of SCS installed. The only UI mods I have installed are Lefreut's enhanced UI v4.6 & EEUITweaks v4.0.4. I'll upload a screenshot of the character creation UI bug and my WeiDU.log. Can anyone help me troubleshoot this please? I suppose I could use an earlier version of SCS, but I'd like to try and fix this. Thank you. WeiDU.log
  4. EDIT: i converted the debug file to a .docx file and was under 1000kB. I uploaded it here. Edit 2: I installed the arcane spell pack on a fresh/vanilla installation of BG2EE 2.6.6.0. Is there a way to determine which mod I already have installed that might be causing this IWDification install error? I'm installing IWDification to a heavily modded Installation of BG2EE 2.6.6.0. While installing the arcane spell pack, it's spitting an error at me, saying: "Error: locating resource for 'copy' resource [wizard_conjure_lesser_water_elemental_scroll.itm] not found in key file: [./chitin.key] The debug file is over 1000kB, so i can't post it here... the following part of the debug file seem significant, so i'll copy/paste it here: supposed in-game object %WIZARD_CONJURE_LESSER_WATER_ELEMENTAL_SCROLL%.itm is missing, aborting struct_copy operation Copying and patching 1 file ... ERROR locating resource for 'COPY' Resource [%WIZARD_CONJURE_LESSER_WATER_ELEMENTAL_SCROLL%.itm] not found in KEY file: [./chitin.key] This prevents me from installing the arcane spell pack. Is there a way to fix this or at least skip the spell that won't install properly? Thank you for the mod, I enjoyed it very much on my previous installation of BG2EE! 5. @TotoR Thank you for such a quick & detailed answer! That's exactly the info I was looking for & I appreciate it! @ahungry Ha thanks! Just somethin silly i thought of when making this account. Glad you got a kick outta it!
  6. Hi! This mod looks really cool! I just had a couple questions if that's ok. 1) Is this compatible with SCS? Because I noticed SCS has a "Improved Fiends and Celestials" component. 2) Would I install this very late in my mod install order? Perhaps during tweak mod installations like SCS & Tweaks Anthology? Thank you!
  7. Thanks for the quick answer (& sorry for my long-winded question)! Love your mod!
  8. Hey. I was wondering if this mod changes or removes the original benefits specialist wizards get. I'm referring to this: +15% chance to successfully scribe scrolls from the chosen school of specialization. Character gains +2 saving throw bonus vs. hostile spells from their chosen school of specialization. Enemies make their saves against spells cast by the character from their chosen school of specialization at a -2 penalty, which stacks with any saving throw penalties the spell already has (e.g. Finger of Death, Slow, etc.). Cleric spells cast by multi- or dual-classed specialist mages also carry this saving throw penalty if the spell is from their chosen school of specialization. -15% chance to successfully scribe scrolls that are not from the chosen school of specialization. With this mod installed, will specialist wizards still get these bonuses?? I noticed these bonuses are mentioned during character creation, but nowhere else. So I wasn't sure... I looked at the mod's readme, the "component 40: Revised Specialists" section in particular. I've also searched everywhere in this forum, but i couldn't find a definitive answer/clarification. Sorry if this is the wrong place to ask this, but I've been using this mod forever and I've been wondering about this since there's no way to verify this during gameplay.
  9. So the readme of this mod says that SR & Divine Remix won't play well together. BUT, i wasn't sure if that meant ONLY Divine Remixes "Sphere System" component causes incompatibilities. OR is the readme saying that the new spells introduced by Divine Remix will cause issues as well??? Has anyone tried playing the latest version of BG1&2 EE (2.6.6.0) with both SR & Divine Remix installed?? Thanks!!!
  10. I know this thread is old, but the topic is important enough. I did some testing and installed fresh/vanilla (no mods) 2.6.6.0 versions of BG1EE & BG2EE (GoG Version). I successfully installed Version V4 Beta 18 (8-7-20) of SR & didn't encounter any of errors upon installation. Maybe an entirely separate mod messed up your installation of SR?? I'm not sure... sorry. I just wanted to report that I could install V4 Beta 18 of SR on latest versions of BG1EE & BG2EE
