  1. Oh no, I know not to use them for actual play, I try the masters for testing and bug report, at least during install time.
  2. I tried the current master file for the Spell Pack, and something curious comes up from the "Fourth level Animate Dead for Wizards" component. All versions of the spell get "Spell Improvements (see readme)" for a name, and Expanded Temple Service for the description. Seems like the component is using the setup-mih_sp.tra translation file for the installation instead of spell_tweaks.tra https://www.mediafire.com/view/yeh8unoigodkpzu/CaptureBGMiHSPAnimateDead.JPG/file
  3. I'm not a modder so I can't help, but content wise, Otherwisely over here has tackled Viconia and was planning to do the other Bioware romances; maybe you could compare notes or collaborate.
  4. Someone asked at the Beamdog thread before I did, but no answer came up. I don't know if someone already asked through Github, but I'll try asking through Github if/when I remember to make an account there.
  5. To add on to the Cromwell components; I don't know if theres anything similar somewhere else but would be possible to add a tweak to skip the forging scene? Just as a time saver for those of us who have already seen the sequence of hammering on the forge and visual effects twice a shoutillion times already. Maybe leave the fade to black to make clear the time skip happened, and let the actual time skip for the other tweaks.
  6. Of course. It's not as straightforward as using EEKeeper, but easy enough to understand if you have some basic understanding of the game files. There must be a beginners guide around the forum for that as well.
  7. I'd suggest to use NearInfinity instead of EEKeeper. At the very least, it's up to date.
  8. I see. I think it might have started just after recruiting her (I picked her and then I went for the Copper Coronet slavers plot, I'm positive I noticed it just before freeing Hendak), but I'll have to check again to be sure, see if it actually started after something in particular. Will be back if/when I have something else.
  9. I think I might have found an issue. Viconia was just stopping after being ordered to move or attack (dialogues and spellcasting were fine). After doing a change-log on Viconia.bcs, I started checking each change of the file until I got to this mod. After some tweaking, I found that eliminating every line and block of code referencing Hexxat or Rasaad solved the issue. But the similar lines referencing Anomen didn't cause the problem. That said, I doubt It just so happens that I had Hexxat and Rasaad disabled through Convenient EE NPCs. I suspect that might be the cause, though I don't know how that would cause any trouble (your code checking for them in a way that trips if they don't exist in game?).
  10. Believably, impostor syndrome is sadly a thing. He seems to be back to finish the job though.
  11. Isn't that component from the Tweaks mod? I'd swear it's included in the Fixes one, probably corrected and all.
  12. Got more. After installing the "Eliminate class/race restrictions and most class/ability score restrictions" component alone on BG2EE, the buttons for the SoA and BP2 campaigns are also clickable but otherwise unresponsive, similar to what YYL said, and when selecting ToB and starting a new character, the gender button in has the same problem as before. if Leui is present, the "Gender" button in the main chargen menu is also unresponsive. Edit: The campaign button issue happens with "Speciality mages automatically get one speciality spell at each level (where possible)" as well. Edit2: "Tidy up class-selection menu" is the last I find to cause this as I filter components. I think others install it automatically?
  13. No no, no app except Notepad++ to look at override files, and that never blocks file access. And tried to reproduce that problem, both with same install order and only involved mods, same install and fresh install, and can't reproduce it. Strange, but oh well, false alarm I guess.
  14. During chargen, the gender buttons are unresponsive (either selecting a gender doesn't stick, or the "done" button isn't highlighted. So far I've noticed it both with a full install and with loose components like "Revised Paladins and Blackguards" (which by the way isn't documented in the readme, except as a reference by the blackguard kits component) in isolation.
