  4. Gibberlings Three BG1NPC Project This mod expands on the depth of character and levels of interaction with the NPCs from the BG game. When BG2 was released, one of the major improvements in many peoples' eyes was the increased level of interaction one could have with the party members. This mod was developed to allow BG players a similar experience. NPCs in your party now have banters with the PC, with each other, and small side-quests of their own. Version 25 comes with an Italian version by Coland and bugfixes! Thank you very much Coland for translating this huge project! Changes: - Italian translation added by Coland. - Corrected morning after dialogue for Ajantis romance: should not trigger next lovetalk in addition. - Fixed reference to Imoen's script name for EET in "x#bgreplace_bgee.d". - Shar-teel will also notice falling of a ranger/paladin if the PC meets the same requirements for CHA/STR as for romance (both greater than 10). - Kivan's dialogue after the Montaron-Ender incident will not loop. - Added OUTDOOR check to Jaheira's dialogue about nature. - Coran's romance should not be blocked if Xan's broke after being committed. - Boomerang Dagger +2 for BG:EE is now EET version (not old BGII). - typo correction(s). - Added Dynamic Install Order categories to bg1npc.ini to support ALIEN's Project Infinity.   5. @Istfemer not in v1, but in v2 one quest will lead the party away from the city to a new localtion. Most probably this area will be accessible afterwards, too.

The Gibberlings Three bg1re, the Baldur's Gate version of the popular Romantic Encounters mod, adding several encounters and quests all over the game, aims at populating the game with romantic encounters, intense dialogues, unexpected private dinners, romantic traces of long lost times, and real quests that all deal with true love, fulfilled or unfulfilled. The mod installs on BG w/TotSC, Tutu, BGT, BGEE, and EET. Version 6 comes with some bugfixes and minor improvements. Kerzenburgforum Gibblerings Three Baldur's Gate Mini Quests and Encounters Baldur's Gate Mini Quests and Encounters Modification (BGQE) is a mod for "vanilla" BG1 (with the add-on Tales of the Sword Coast), BG1Tutu v4, EasyTutu, BGT, BG:EE, and EET, adding several small quests and encounters to the game.   13. @argent77 thank you! I have NPCs that can do both - be a full party member or follow in "familiar" mode. Does that make sense to add them? The cre files would be: Brandock the Mage: c#bran01.cre, c#bran02.cre, c#bran03.cre Grey the Dog: c#grey02.cre, c#grey03.cre Solaufein: C#Sola12.cre, C#Soltob.cre I have another NPC in the make but the mod is not public yet.

  15. I need more information before I agree it's a bug. EET's fate spirit summoning is more restricted than it was in BGII:EE. The questions are: -did you start a new ToB game? Did you play from SoA to ToB, but never had her join the group in SoA? What exactly do you mean with "can't summon" - will the spirit not do it or is the reply option for her missing completely?
  16. Spellhold Studios Northern Tales of the Sword Coast (BGT, BG:EE, EET) The mod adds several quests to the BG1 part (with TotSC) to the game and is compatible with BGT, BG:EE, and EET. Some are minor encounters with no further impact, but some are larger quests that are also partly connected to each other. One large quest is given to you by Duke Eltan (before you go to Candlekeep). One of the longest quests also starts before Candlekeep: Talk to the lady outside the Sorceror's Sundries. One quest can be started by talking to Yness in Ulgoth's Beard.   17. Spellhold Studios Dark Side of the Sword Coast for BGT/EET This is the BGT/EET version of the original mod for BG1 - Tales of the Sword Coast. New spells, items, 5 major quests, new areas, and 7 (silent) NPCs are available to your party. Most NPCs have quests. Quests include rescuing a child from vampires, saving a town from a dragon, and searching for missing people. The new version 4.1 comes with a revised Polish version and English typo corrections by Roberciiik!   18. Are you on BG:SoD? If yes, did you install the DLC Merger first as required for modding BG:SoD? I also do not see any problem in your tp2. That's the only thing I could think of. The only other option I could imagine is that you are not looking at the installed items but copied the item into the override folder by hand. That would lead to wrong texts in the name and description. I don't think that's what you are doing, though, if you just wrote a mod to install it properly.
  19. I'm afraid there is no "person released mods = becomes modder at G3 with mod section" automatism. Frankly put, but not necessarily meaning to imply anything for this special case: that's the reason why G3 is a community with friendly, helpful modders and good quality mods.

  21. @Greenhorn I have no idea why this would be botching up in BG:TotSC. If I install it to my local copy, the additional reply option about the "Fan" will be in the greetings state as planned (the one with all the reply options). There is no reason I would know of why it would influence Garrick's "Let's go" line after he was asked to join. BG:TotSC engine is a fragile thing, though, and I didn't look at this ingame. But from the dlg, this is not supposed to happen for Garrick's original (i.e. unchanged) kickout dialogue.
